When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the mainland UK.
We're working to expand to Europe and North America soon.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes. You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

What if my order is damaged or missing?

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
Send your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
