When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 

Shipment processing time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How long does shipping take?

UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

Orders placed on weekends will arrive on Tuesday.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the mainland UK.
We're working to expand to Europe and North America soon.
